Volunteer

Benefits of volunteering

By volunteering with us you will be helping your local community theatre and meeting new people. Working with us can also provide significant experience on your CV, particularly as volunteers are encouraged to commit for at least three months.

Volunteering can improve your physical, emotional and mental well-being, provide an opportunity to meet people and perhaps provide a stepping stone to higher education or employment.

Volunteers will receive an induction and have access to training opportunities.

 What’s involved?

We are looking for volunteers to get involved with stewarding during a performance or helping with fundraising events and publicity distribution working with our Volunteer Co-Ordinator. The theatre aims to give our volunteers a stimulating and enjoyable experience.

 How to apply

You can download a volunteer application pack here Volunteer Information Pack and here is our Volunteer Application Form . Return it to us by email, post or in person, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about volunteering or are having difficulties downloading the forms.

Please note that all of the staff and volunteers at the theatre if stewarding or helping with events will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
