Studio Essence was established in 2012, to give people an opportunity to try a different way to get fit and healthy, to meet like-minded people and train in a safe and supportive environment. Studio Essence is the main stream gym alternative that people need. Based in Highbridge, Somerset, they offer an array of disciplines to make fitness fun and appealing to all.
