Studio Essence present; Dancing through the Decades

In this show we will be ‘Dancing through the Decades’, from the 1940s right through to the modern day.

The adults section of Studio Essence will be showcasing a range of aerial disciplines in the first half, aerial hoop, aerial sling and aerial silks and a variety of pole performance in the second half.

Studio Essence was established in 2012, to give people an opportunity to try a different way to get fit and healthy, to meet like-minded people and train in a safe and supportive environment. Studio Essence is the main stream gym alternative that people need. Based in Highbridge, Somerset, ​they offer an array of disciplines to make fitness fun and appealing to all.
